Hi all. The ER at San Jose Regional Medical Center is looking for participants to play the roll of accident victims in a disaster drill to be held on Tuesday, Nov.7th from 9:30 AM to noon.
Come out and get a real taste of fake medicine. Disaster preparedness is one of the most important things we do. You can help by playing dead (or wounded) while we go through the motions of triage, decontamination, wound care and other ghoulishly fun tasks. All you have to do is put on some old clothing and show up. We will provide the blood, broken bones, impaled eyeballs, exposed intestine, and major brain trauma.
It promises to be a blast…a car bomb, a dirty bomb, a suicide attack of delicious fun.
You can scream, you cry, you can die, but whatever you do, sign up right now to be a wounded body.
