Headhunters and job searches

I've updated my resume. At least, I did the one on Monster so far. I specifically included the words "seeking permanent, benefitted non-contact position near San Jose". Hopefully that will do the trick. I also included a note within my resume that I would prefer to be contacted by email with actual job descriptions, and would prefer being contacted only by local companies with direct hire positions.
